Welcome to our hotel in the heart of Angoulême, the Hôtel Européen Angoulême!

All year round, our team warmly welcomes you for your leisure stays or business trips. In our family-run hotel for business travelers, everything has been designed for your comfort: a bar in the lobby, modern décor, a full breakfast, an ideal location, and much more.
The reception is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm on weekdays, and from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm on weekends.

An ideal situation

Our hotel near the station is ideally located in the city of Angoulême, in the heart of the city center. You will be accommodated 400 meters from the station and 300 meters from the historic center. In old Angoulême, you will find many restaurants, bars, a cinema, the city theater, the Cathedral and a pedestrian area where you will enjoy walking. Stay in the heart of the international comic book capital during a tourist or professional stay.

Check-in is from 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM.

Our rooms are all unique. They feature a simple, colorful, and welcoming decor. All our rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom, as well as double-glazed windows.

In some of our rooms (upon reservation and subject to availability), we can provide a baby cot and/or an extra bed (€10 per night).

A full breakfast

Every morning, between 7:00 and 10:00 on weekdays and between 8:00 and 11:00 on weekends, we offer a complete continental breakfast tray. Enjoy a selection of breakfast items: pastries, bread, pancakes, jams, honey, spreads, compotes, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, coffee, fruit juices, and more. Breakfast is an additional €13.50 per person.

Good to know :

Small pets are accepted for an extra charge of €8 per night.

Our establishment can accommodate people with reduced mobility (some of our rooms are equipped with a bathtub with the possibility of installing a specialized PMR bathtub). We have step-free access through the garage with an outside doorbell at armchair height.

Subject to availability and by reservation, we offer two parking options for your vehicle:

Our private garage: €11 per night. For security and convenience, you will be asked to leave your car keys at the reception of your hotel near Angoulême Centre train station.
Saint-Martial car park: You can also benefit from a preferential rate of €8 per night by collecting a ticket at the hotel reception, which will grant you access to the Saint-Martial car park.
